This was my 2nd time attending toroa welcome dinner which i thought 1 of the best event in toroa.. everyone is really excited.. and also i am looking forward to any kind of this event everyone is very excited to dress up.. that's pretty cool.. hehehe.. so guys.. here are some photos from me at the dinner..
